In Las Nubes, Nicaragua, aptly named for its abundance of low-lying clouds that wisp throughout the mountainous terrain, you will find Ronald and Noelia’s farm, Los Regalos. Through Gold Mountain Coffee Grower’s Anti-Poverty Coffee Program, Ronald and Noelia are paid a significantly higher price for their green coffee. This allows them to invest in their coffee production and processing equipment as well as their home and standard of living for their family of 14. In our efforts to give back to the coffee industry, Rising Star Coffee Roasters has purchased Ronald and Noelia’s entire coffee crop for the past 6 years.
