We are proud to be able to offer this coffee from Mahdi Usati, who was nominated for the Specialty Coffee Association 2023 Sustainability Award for his work in sourcing, sustainability, and education.
The dedication to quality really shows in this cup. While Burni Telong has the traditional dark, earthy hallmarks of a wet hulled coffee, it is an exceptionally balanced cup. We were getting a wonderful mix of a fresh Cedar forest, the bittersweet syrupiness of Molasses, and the bright expression of Grapefruit peel.
