Online orders are typically shipped the next business day, and no more than two business days later.

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail.

At this time, all online purchases are final. We want you to be happy with your purchase, please contact us via email at onlineorders@risingstarcoffee.com or by phone at (216) 651-7827, so we may work with you on your particular case.

Currently gift cards are not available online, and are only valid at our physical locations. You can however purchase a gift card over the phone for pick-up or standard mail by calling one of our cafe locations.

We do not allow non-service animals inside our cafes per applicable health codes. However, pets are welcome in our outdoor seating areas at our Cleveland Heights, Hingetown, and Van Aken cafes.
