This coffee is produced by the Restrepo family on their farm El Jardin in Chinchina, Caldas, Colombia. The family’s coffee history goes back 40 years when they got started in the dry milling process of coffee. Juan Filipe has since taken over the production of the farm from his grandfather, Elmer, and has taken an interest in innovative and unique ways to process his coffees.
