Our newest offering, El Diamante: The Reds, comes from Don Francisco and Blanca Nieve’s farm, El Diamante in Jinotega, Nicaragua. This coffee, hinted at by its name, is comprised of two varietals of coffee - red caturra, and red catuai. Jinotega’s ideal growing conditions combined with the farmers’ dedication to quality and craft have produced a coffee with rich flavors and a velvety body. This washed process coffee boasts notes of apple pie, honey, and stone fruit.
