The new crop of Passeio is here! As you make your way through windy roads and sugarcane fields you will find the entrance to Adolfo Henrique Vieira Ferreira’s farm, Fazenda Passeio. The Vierira Ferreira family have been producing coffee in the Minas Gerais region for over three generations. They are dedicated to producing delicious coffee with respect to the environment and their workers. They set their coffee apart from other farms in the area by choosing to hand pick their coffee ensuring only the ripest cherries go into production. They do not stop at providing quality coffee. They also believe in a quality work environment and offer social support to all their local workers. We love this coffee for its rich chocolate flavors and luscious body. It is a coffee that truly shines even with a little cream and sugar.
