Our newest offering, Sapa Inka, comes to us from Don Julio Abel Arevalo Tello’s farm in Villa Rica, Peru. This natural processed geisha coffee is a prime example of why geisha has a cult following for its incredible quality and distinct flavors. During our cupping, we tasted notes of pineapple, grape, floral. It has been a little bit since we’ve offered a Peruvian coffee so we are excited to have Don Julio Arevalo’s coffee in our cafes as a prime example of how special coffee is from this region.
